Join us for our next Business Foundations session from May 15-17, 2013 at the world-class , four star St. Julien Hotel & Spa in beautiful Boulder, CO!

Every firm entering the Institute begins with the Business Foundations class. The class is designed to create a solid understanding of managing and operating a growing financial advisory firm.

By executing a due diligence process on all of the critical areas of business, we can provide you with a clear focus on growth opportunities, identify areas of improvement, and explore ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Prior to the start of the  Business Foundations class, we complete a thorough review on your firm covering all key areas of management. At the end of the class session, you will be equipped with a comprehensive three-year strategic business plan and concise deliverables unique to your firm.

Pre-work required. Class session limited to 15 firms. We maintain a 4:1 firm to faculty ratio.

Registration fee is inclusive of all firm members and includes:

  • A 2-day intensive curriculum designed by leading experts in each management discipline.
  • Monthly one-on-one coaching calls between you and an Ensemble professional.  Ongoing access to all faculty experts included.
  • All meals during meeting sessions.
