A trusted advisor on call. The right peers to think it through.
Program Overview
As advisory firms grow, the decisions become more complex.
Leaders must balance growth with capacity, design organizational structures that scale, develop compensation systems that reward performance, and create ownership pathways for the next generation.
Many firms benefit from consulting projects to tackle these challenges. But just as often, leaders need an ongoing strategic sounding board: a place to pressure-test ideas, compare approaches, and learn from others navigating similar decisions.
The Executive Forum provides that environment.
How the Forum Works
The Executive Forum combines direct, ongoing consulting from The Ensemble Practice with structured strategy sessions for peer collaboration. Participants also receive access to Ensemble created tools, templates and research, including our annual, True Ensemble Data Insights.
Monthly 1:1 Calls
Attendees will have monthly, individual calls with The Ensemble Practice where they can cover the topics impacting their firm. These topics can include:
- Growth strategy and capacity planning
- Organizational structure and team design
- Staffing, compensation, and incentives
- Ownership planning and succession strategy
- Financial management and firm economics
These meetings will help attendees make decisions to guide their firm forward.
Peer Collaboration: Bi-Yearly In-Person Meetings
Participants benefit from candid conversations with other firm leaders facing similar opportunities and challenges. Each meeting is facilitated by The Ensemble Practice to help guide discussion, frame key decisions, and share insights drawn from decades of research and consulting work with advisory firms.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
