Survey Overview

Every six months, we reach out to participants and alumni of our G2 Leadership Institute to complete the Pulse of the Industry benchmarking survey. While most benchmarking surveys report on industry trends with a lag of eight to ten months, Pulse is designed to take a quick snapshot of the last half year and report the results back within 30 days so that firm leadership can incorporate its insights into their strategic planning efforts. Tracking metrics such as AUM, client relationships, growth targets, staffing development and equity transactions, Pulse helps firms understand the direction of the industry at large, their peer organizations within it and where they stand in comparison.
