About the Scholarships

The Ensemble Practice is offering two scholarships for the G2 Leadership Institute to talented professionals from underrepresented groups whose firms may not have the financial resources to send them to the program. By eliminating financial barriers to participation in our two-year development program, we hope to improve diversity in the leadership of the industry and give smaller firms a chance to recruit their next generation.

How to Apply

Thank you for your interest. The process is closed for the Class of 2027. We will open applications for the Class of 2028 (program starting in January 2027) in the summer of 2026. Please check back at that time or reach out to G2@ensemblepractice.com to be sent a reminder.

What the Scholarship Covers

Scholarships cover the entire program fee ($14,000) as well as your cost of stay for the four in-person sessions. Scholarship recipients will only be responsible for transportation to the sessions.
