As a Business Consultant at The Ensemble Practice, Madison is deeply involved in a combination of strategic consulting, industry research, and leadership development. Madison partners with Ensemble’s lead consultants to provide hands-on support to advisory firms, helping those firms streamline operations, strengthen team performance, and implement data-driven strategies for long-term success. She also plays an integral role in the firm’s G2 Leadership Institute, where as a Coach, she helps develop the next generation of leaders in the advisory industry.

Madison’s career began in insurance and financial advisory firms. She spent five years at Capital Group | American Funds as an Analyst. There, she worked alongside the investment group to process large deals such as M&A and bankruptcies, tracked team production data, and led multiple large-scale projects in investment operations.

Madison holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Statistics, reflecting her desire to bring both an analytical and people-first perspective to business solutions. She is extremely passionate about integrating positive mental health practices in the workplace.
