Catherine Williams is the Chief Operating Officer of The Ensemble Practice, bringing
more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry to her role. Her background
spans firm operations, practice management, and executive coaching, giving her a rare
perspective that connects the day-to-day realities of running an advisory business with
the strategic vision required to grow one. In addition to her operational leadership,
Catherine will co-lead the G2 Leadership Institute and will contribute to the firm's
ongoing industry research initiatives.

Most recently, Catherine served as Global Head of Advisor Practice Management at
Dimensional Fund Advisors, where she delivered benchmarking insights and practice
management guidance to advisors and business owners globally. She also hosted the
firm's podcast series Managing Your Practice and was chief architect of the annual
Deals & Succession conference. Prior to Dimensional, she provided strategic and
executive coaching to investment advisors through the Carson Group and as Vice
President of Practice Management and Consulting at Fidelity Investments. Earlier in her
career, Catherine spent 13 years with Coldstream Capital Management, including as
COO where she oversaw daily operations and led teams across a 40-person, $1 billion
wealth management firm.

Catherine studied broadcast journalism and has pursued ongoing professional
development in leadership through Babson Executive Education. She has served on the
advisory board for the Center for Investment and Wealth Management at the UCI Paul
Merage School of Business.
