Kristen Woody is the Director of G2 Experience at The Ensemble Practice, where she leads the G2 Leadership Institute, a comprehensive two-year development program designed to enhance the leadership skills of financial advisory professionals. She oversees every aspect of the program—from in-person annual sessions to monthly webcasts—creating engaging and impactful experiences for participants. Kristen also manages the G2 Alumni Network, organizing an annual gathering and virtual events throughout the year to foster ongoing education and community-building. In addition to her work with G2, she leads marketing efforts for Ensemble, drawing on her extensive background in communications.

Before joining The Ensemble Practice, Kristen built a strong foundation in public relations at Edelman, a global communications firm. She worked with leading brands such as Samsung and Microsoft, successfully managing strategic integrated communications programs, including corporate and product positioning, global launches and events, executive thought leadership initiatives, and data-driven storytelling. Her expertise in brand positioning and stakeholder engagement allows her to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences—an invaluable skill she applies to her work at Ensemble.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College, with a minor in Women’s Studies. A Connecticut native, she now resides in Seattle but remains an East Coaster at heart.
