We are excited to launch today an innovative performance, growth, and compensation benchmarking study for advisory firms: True Ensemble™ Data Insights 2024 Conducted by BlackRock® and The Ensemble Practice.

The True Ensemble study is open to participants across the financial advisory industry with a focus on business management, career development and leadership. The study will collect and compile data from individual firms across the industry to measure and create benchmarks that will be released later this year. All participants will receive a copy of the final report slated to come out later this year.

The True Ensemble study is backed by decades of industry-leading research experience. The Ensemble Practice is a thought leader in the industry with its team having pioneered the ensemble concept 25 years ago and having led numerous industry research projects.
